14-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan
Last updated: 6 October 2026
In short: if you are not happy with a paid Courtify subscription, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Every paid Courtify plan — Coach, League Organizer and Club Owner — comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
If you request a refund within 14 days of a charge, we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked. You do not need to explain why.
The guarantee applies to each charge, so it covers both your first payment and a renewal you did not intend to make.
Paid plans may start with a free trial. During a trial you are not charged, so there is nothing to refund — simply cancel before it ends and no payment is taken.
If a trial converts to a paid subscription and you did not mean it to, the 14-day guarantee covers that first charge.
Email courtify.tennisapp@gmail.com from the address on your Courtify account, and include:
That is all we need. You do not need to give a reason.
If you subscribed on the web, you may alternatively request the refund directly from Paddle, our merchant of record, using the receipt they emailed you.
We aim to approve refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the money is returned to your original payment method.
How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer, and typically takes a further 5 to 10 business days. We cannot speed that part up.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
Cancelling and refunding are different things. You can cancel a subscription at any time, whether or not you want a refund.
When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Nothing is lost at the moment you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. If a renewal catches you by surprise, the 14-day guarantee applies to it — contact us and we will refund it and cancel the plan.
Beyond 14 days, we do not normally refund a past billing period, because you had access to the service during it. We will still cancel the subscription so you are not charged again.
If you subscribed inside the iOS or Android app, Apple or Google processed the payment and holds the funds, so the refund has to come from them. We cannot issue it directly.
If a store declines a request that our 14-day guarantee would have covered, email us and we will try to help.
We may decline a refund where:
Free Player accounts involve no payment, so nothing is refundable on them.
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights, and never instead of them.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Where you ask us to start the service immediately, you may be charged for what you used before withdrawing — but our guarantee above is more generous than that, and we will refund in full.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
This policy covers Courtify subscriptions only.
Payments you make to a club, a coach or a league organiser — court hire, lesson fees, league entry — are arrangements between you and them, and are not processed by Courtify. Refunds for those are set by whoever took the payment, and you should contact them directly.
